PAELLAS
Chicken and Chorizo
This is probably the most popular paella in Gold Coast. We cook with fresh local vegetables which make it a highly perfect dish for any function, corporate catering, wedding or birthday party.

Mixed Paella
Our Mixed paella is a sort of traditional paella made with fish/seafood, meat and vegetables. The best from both sides mixed in one dish. If you hesitate, maybe a mixed paella can be your choice.

Seafood
We prepare it with fresh local seafood (mussels, prawns, squid and clambs) cooked with homemade fish stock which give it an authentic sea flavor.

Vegan Paella
We are very proud of our “green creation” for vegans, a beautiful combination of fresh seasonal vegetables (using pumpkin and carrot as a base) cooked with rice.

Valencian Paella
Our traditional recipe arrived from Valencia. We follow the recipe inherited from our family. We cook it with chicken, pork ribs and also a mixture of local fresh vegetables.

Black Rice
The most captivating of our options. It gets its black color from squid ink. We invited the squid to the party but it will come also with other seafood. This is one of our most special dishes.

TAPAS SELECTION
Tortilla de Patatas
We cook it with gourmet potatoes, onions and free range eggs always accompanied with extra virgin olive oil.

Croquetas
Home-made crumbed and fried croquettes. Ask for the flavour of the season.

Cheeses and Hams Boards
Choice of different cured hams and cheeses served on a board with bread slices, olives and crackers.

Grazing Table
A massive charcuterie board or spread of antipasti laden with meats, cheeses, olives, and a selection of breads. The perfect way to bring guests together before the main dish.
Patatas Bravas
Chunky chips with Spain’s famous spicy tomato sauce called “salsa brava”. It is often served as tapas before the main.

DESSERTS
Churros con Chocoloate
Our popular home made churros with chocolate. (V)

Buñuelos
Fulffy fried dough balls filled with home made Vanilla or Chocolate Custard.

Spanish Caramel Flan
A variant of crème where sugar syrup cooked to caramel stage is poured into the top.

Tarta de Santiago
The classic almond cake from the region of Galicia following a middle ages recipe.
